Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design roles working with complex digital products, such as business intelligence platforms, supply chain management systems, financial applications, and enterprise SaaS applications. A strong portfolio showcasing your work and problem-solving approach is required.
Design Skills: Proven experience across all design phases, including conducting user research, developing prototypes, crafting visual designs, and conducting usability testing.
Analytical Skills: A practical understanding of the impact of design on product metrics and user behavior, illustrated through case studies.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma. Experience with collaborative and workflow management tools such as Miro and Jira.
Development Understanding: Basic understanding of web development technology such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the technical constraints of web and mobile development.
Independent: Confident in managing your workload and projects autonomously in a remote setting.
Proactive: Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver results without waiting for direction.
